Thank you for using Online Services at Shadwell Medical Centre.

Online Access to your medical records has changed - Instead of just being able to see a summary of your medical records you will now be able to see illnesses, immunisations, test results and more! If you would like to register for access please click on the link below or ask for details at Reception. If you are already registered to access your medical records this will automatically be updated as you have already completed the registration process.

Please note that we need 48 hours notice in order to get repeat prescriptions ready for you to collect. If your request is urgent please telephone the surgery rather than ordering online. All prescriptions ordered online must be collected from the surgery either in person or by someone you have authorised to collect.

If you wish to collect your prescription from a local chemist you will need to arrange this with them and order your repeat prescription from them rather than us (this is called a managed repeat - the chemist will be able to confirm turnaround times with you).

Please note that we can only offer GP appointments online. This is because our nursing team do a wide range of procedures and clinics and each procedure takes a different time period. For example a simple blood pressure check or flu vaccination will only take 10 minutes, but a complex dressing or spirometry could take up to an hour. If you need to book in with our nursing team please call reception and explain what you need to see her for, then we can ensure you have sufficient time booked for your appointment.
